Mena Alexandera Suvari, born in 1979 is an American actor, model and fashion designer. She was born on 13 February 1979. Soon after she began her professional career as an actress Mena Alexandra Suvari starred as a guest on 1990s TV series Boy Meets World and High Incident. In 1997 she debuted as an actor in the film Nowhere. Her transition into big roles through her appearances as a character in American Beauty for which she received nominations for the BAFTA Award and American Pie both of which earned more attention. Since then she appeared as a co-star in Loser (2000) along with the American Pie co-star Jason Biggs as well as later portrayed the lead role in the comedy film Sugar & Spice (2001). Spun And Trauma a thriller from 2004 featured two of her performances. She appeared in HBO's dramatic series Six Feet Under. In 2004, she was recognized as an Outstanding Cast member at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. In 2008 her filmography included Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh, the version of The Garden of Eden and a number of other films.
