Donald Joseph Qualls better known by the screen title DJ Qualls was born in the US. He is a producer, actor and model. His fame was sparked by his performance as a character in Road Trip. Since then the actor has been on 20 features, such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. He's also been in 22 television shows, including Breaking Bad Supernatural scrubs lost Law & Order among others. Qualls was able to beat Hodgkin's Lymphoma. The first time he was diagnosed when he turned 14 years old. After two years of treatment the cancer was cured. The treatment at an early time had negative effects on the body. This impeded his growth. As he was raised in poverty, he wanted to achieve financial stability. After living so modestly for a long time I have to be able to enjoy this level of financial safety. If not, the world appears to be beyond my control. In an interview, he also reflects on his growing up. He is determined to end the bullying. "Cruelty breaks me heart," he said. DJ's dream role would be to be a father in reel and in actual life. However, he does admit that directors don't usually choose him for these kinds of characters. He'd like to be a dad one day, to be able to devote more time to his son and less to his career.
